Stand Up Paddleboarding Yoga

Course Description: 
This course is designed to develop fundamental stand up paddleboard yoga skills and knowledge. Topics include history, terminology, wellness, safety, equipment, proper breathing, relaxation techniques, body positioning, posture, meditation, and balance in a variety of body positions (asanas). Upon successful completion, students should be able to apply the knowledge and skills acquired to participate in stand up paddleboard yoga in a pool and make healthy life choices.
