Indoor Cycling

Course Description: 
This course is designed to develop fundamental indoor cycling (spin) skills and knowledge. Topics include history, terminology, wellness, safety, equipment, stretching, core exercises, riding techniques, and high intensity cycling conditioning routines. Upon successful completion, students should be able to apply the knowledge and skills acquired to participate in a group spin classes and make healthy life choices.
