RIPPED Fitness Training

Course Description: 
This course is designed to develop the fundamental RIPPED fitness skills and knowledge. Topics include history, terminology, wellness, safety, equipment, resistance training, interval training, plyometrics, muscular endurance, diet, stretching, core exercises, circuit training, and calisthenics. Upon successful completion, students should be able to apply the knowledge and skills acquired to participate in RIPPED classes and make healthy life choices.
