Course Description:
This course provides a continuation in the development of resistance training skills and knowledge. Topics include history, terminology, wellness, safety, equipment, stretching, core exercises, etiquette, more advanced lifting techniques, power/speed, and program design. Upon successful completion, students should be able to apply the knowledge and skills acquired to participate in a weight training program and make healthy life choices. Requirements: Students should have past resistance training experience.
