CrossFit

Course Description: 
This course is designed to develop fundamental CrossFit training skills and knowledge. Topics include history, terminology, wellness, safety, equipment, stretching, core exercises, etiquette, lifting techniques, high intensity/varied functional resistance training exercises, power/speed, and program design. Upon successful completion, students should be able to apply the knowledge and skills acquired to participate in CrossFit training and make healthy life choices.
