Circuit Training

Course Description: 
This course is designed to develop fundamental fitness drill skills and knowledge. Topics include history, terminology, wellness, safety, equipment, stretching, core exercises, resistance circuit training, and group fitness routines. Upon successful completion, students should be able to apply the knowledge and skills acquired to participate in resistance training and fitness routines and make healthy life choices.
