Course Description:
This course is designed to develop fundamental badminton skills and knowledge. Topics include history, terminology, wellness, safety, equipment, rules, etiquette, serving, return of serve, drop/clear/drive/smash shots, court positioning, and tactics/strategies. Upon successful completion, students should be able to apply the knowledge and skills acquired to participate in badminton and make healthy life choices.
