Course Description:
This course is designed to develop fundamental aerobic dance skills and knowledge. Topics include history, terminology, wellness, safety, equipment, stretching, core exercises, rhythmic dance routines, body sculpt, circuit training, and calisthenics. Upon successful completion, students should be able to apply the knowledge and skills acquired to participate in aerobic dance classes and make healthy life choices.
